Something I thought would be complicated has actually simplified that part of my life.

Do I have to cut out alcohol?

Yes! However, we will always make sure you understand the basics so you know how to maintain your progress without tracking them, ideally we would like to have you not tracking before you stop working with us. But, that is totally up to you!

Can I track my macros?

Absolutely! The best feedback I get is that my clients are no longer confused about what to eat. We will give you feedback based on evidence-based recommendations, and your health, preferences, and goals. 

Will you guide me on what to eat?

No! We will use The Plate Method and focus on setting goals like portion control, meal timing, navigating eating out, and meal planning. 

Do I have to track macros? Will I see progress if I don't?

No, and yes…we have tons of example meal plans, and we can help you with meal planning on our coaching calls. We want you to be independent and develop these skills to keep progressing.
