I would go to the store every day for daily food and couldn’t wait to get out. The thought process of figuring out dinner on a daily basis is taxing! No! We will use The Plate Method and focus on setting goals like portion control, meal timing, navigating eating out, and meal planning.

No! This is not a diet. Eating your favorite foods and still achieving your weight-loss goals is possible. We will work on the big picture and overall habits to ensure you can eat fun foods in moderation.

If you are struggling with adherence, we will have to work on finding an approach you can adhere to. We also do not just use fat/weight loss to measure progress; we look at the relationship with food, education, skills, energy, sleep, improved labs/health, and use psychometric testing.
