You’ve tried the meal plans, the fitness programs, the diets. Each new, flashy solution seemed promising, so you invested time and money, hoping it would work. But inevitably, exhaustion set in, you got overwhelmed, slipped up, and reverted to old habits. Leading you to end up where?

You try to lose weight by eating clean, exercising regularly, and avoiding "bad foods" but nothing ever sticks.

    Right back to square one.

    Sound familiar?

    "BAD Foods"

You want a healthy lifestyle but struggle to find it

You want to lose weight but eating clean is never sustainable

You spend a lot of money on powdered greens and supplements, but your results don’t match the promotional ads you see daily on the gram

You want the desire to work out, but after a week of going, your motivation quickly fades

You start every Monday with a disciplined attitude, but by Friday, you want to dismiss the rigid plan and just enjoy your weekend

You love foods like pizza and ice cream, but enjoying them comes with a side of guilt and failure

You long for things to be different and deep down you know the quick-fix diets aren’t working but what else are you supposed to do?

What if I told you there is a better way?

SPOILER ALERT: It's not going to come from restricting, extreme workouts, 90-day diets, or self-shaming.

It’s time to change your “It’s Complicated” RELATIONSHIP status with health.

You can experience weight loss, clean eating, and optimal health. But you can also enjoy your favorite wine, brunch with friends (chicken and waffles included), and go on vacation. All WITHOUT “ruining your diet.”

Imagine a relationship with food that checks all these boxes…

    eating confidently, without sacrifice

    exercising regularly, without burnout

enjoying life, without guilt or Shame

    "It's complicated"

I reached out to April, told her all my goals and that’s when she helped me figure out what was attainable and organize it into short and long term goals. However I still was a bit skeptical. She wasn’t giving me a ton of restrictions??? Let me tell you something, every call, check-in, and text I questioned her. I kept telling her “ok I’m ready for the next step, make it harder so I see drastic changes.”

Little did I know there was no next step, the everyday changes we had made were all I needed.

She helped me fuel my body, learn what made me feel my best, and even told me to EAT MORE cause I wasn’t nourishing myself enough to sustain daily life let alone my workout regimen. All I can say is thank you for dealing with stubborn me questioning everything, teaching me the science of fueling my body, and helping me get rid of toxic dieting thoughts. I love my carbs and fats, I thrive on color in my meals, and get excited to hit protein goals early. The knowledge you have equipped me with is something I will forever use daily!

"After seeing the results others had gotten, I kept thinking “why not me.”

    That’s all it took.

    Ask yourself this:

Can a relationship be healthy if you don’t know anything about the other person? If you don’t spend time connecting then you can’t flourish. Nutrition works the same.

Here’s what I mean when I say “healthy relationship with food”

You can still have desirable foods – in moderation (pizza, chocolate, ice cream - and I’m not talking about a cauliflower pizza or Halo Top)

You can eat quality whole foods that make you feel GOOD and energized (no, you don’t have to eat only spinach and broccoli - a veggie is a veggie)

You can set goals and reach them in a sustainable, non-restrictive way (one that fits your life - at every age and every stage)

I’m here to tell you—this will change everything.

    Why not you?

    Your spot is waiting.
